Greetings Brothers,
I am proud to serve Salado Lodge as the next Worshipful Master once again.
Although I had some misgivings about serving in this position again, especially with all that is going on in my life, it was not a hard decision to accept the nomination. Questions that crossed my mind – Am I really a glutton for punishment? Why am I doing this again? Who can I nominate in my place? Will I grow the lodge or shrink the lodge? All of these questions/doubts faded as I saw who would be on our team for next year. There are a lot of new faces in the room each meeting. We are growing. Some of us wider and some older…hehe. I hope to serve you all well in the coming year. We hope to improve the outside of our lodge, increase our flag pro-gram membership, increase our scholarship pro-gram, and improve our memory work with standardized practices. There are several requests to im-prove how and when we meet and practice we will need to consider in the upcoming meetings. Please plan on attending. Thanks.
